Las Vegas is already preparing for the 2015 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES).  The show, which is being put on by the Consumer Electronics Association, will take Vegas by storm early in January and showcase new technology and innovation for consumers to experience in a hands-on envrionment.  And for the upcoming event, organizers of the show have selected the 2015 Ford F-150 as the Official Vehicle of the International CES.  This means the new truck will be featured in the Ford displays on the North Hall, and exhibited in a variety of locations around the show floor.

Here at O’Brien Ford of Shelbyville, we understand why the Consumer Electronics Association would want the new Ford F-150 to be the official vehicle for their next International CES.  This new Ford truck oozes with innovation, and was designed with some of the most inventive and exciting new electronics on the planet.  Using a high-strength aluminum-alloy and a strong steel frame, Ford automakers have dropped almost 700 pounds from the weight of this vehicle.  And as if that’s not enough, the truck features a wide array of driver assist electronics and technology, including park assist, a Blind Spot Information System, and adaptive cruise control.  There is no better model available to showcase everything that consumer electronics can do to improve the driving experience.

It’s almost time for this new offering from Ford to hit the lot at your local Ford dealership, and we can hardly wait.  But if you can’t even wait that long, we’re here to help with some other options featuring great driving technology from Ford.  O’Brien Ford has a wide variety of Ford trucks and cars here on our lot, and we’re excited to show them off.  So whether you’re looking for a small and efficient 2015 Ford Focus or a powerful Ford F-150, Frankfort, Louisville, and Lawrenceburg drivers only need to go as far as Shelbyville to see how Ford utilizes outstanding consumer electronics to create a better driving experience for everyone!
