As we’ve mentioned before on this blog, we’re approaching the 50th anniversary of the one and only Ford Mustang. Introduced in 1964, this American icon is not only one of the longest-running cars in the world, its easily one of the best known. One thing you may not know is that this product of Motor City is still manufactured in the same state it was designed and introduced. In fact, alongside the upcoming 50th anniversary, the primary factory in Flat Rock, Michigan, is celebrating the one-millionth Mustang built since production moved there in 2004.
