Once again, Kelley Blue Book has gone beyond the obvious to focus on information that car buyers really want. In this case, that comes in the form of the 2015 KBB.com list of 10 Best Back-to-School Cars. This list takes into consideration parental needs and student wants to come up with a list of cars that should make both parties happy, and for a reasonable price! The list looks for cars that are practical and safe, which tend to be parents’ priorities. But it also takes into consideration style and fun, to make sure students are happy with their vehicles as well. There may be no greater testament to a car’s value and quality than the satisfaction – or lack thereof – of actual owners of the vehicle. So when AutoPacific released their list of 2015 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, drivers and dealerships listened up. The experts at AutoPacific didn’t make the calls though. Last month, Ford continued their support of U.S. Military members and personnel by hosting a fun event for members of the military currently posted in Europe. The Ford Company brought a 2015 Ford F-150 and a 2015 Ford Mustang to the Hockenheimring racetrack in Germany, and gave members of the military a chance to test out both vehicles on the track. This was the first ride-and-drive program hosted by Ford overseas, and its success means it could serve as the beginning of a regular part of Ford’s product launches, giving overseas military members a chance to test out the vehicles while they’re away, instead of having to wait until their return home. Ford has set world records many times in the past, but last month, they decided to do something a little different when it came to record-setting.  Rather than focusing on full-sized vehicles for Take Your Child to Work day, the Ford team instead went for something a little more small scale.  Ford has now set the record for the largest Hot Wheels track loop!  The previous record for a Hot Wheels loop was nine feet, nine inches tall, so topping it was no easy task.  But not only did the new loop set a new record, it did so in impressive style, coming in at a remarkable 12 feet, six inches!
